Return Policy for Lacquer & Ronghua Products

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your lacquerware or ronghua item(s). Due to the high cost and long transit time of international shipping, we encourage customers to consider reselling the item on a trusted second-hand platform whenever possible.

If you choose to proceed with a return, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Returned items must remain in perfect condition and in a resalable state. You are liable for the parcel until it is successfully delivered to us; therefore, we strongly recommend using a trackable and registered shipping service.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your lacquer or ronghua purchase arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange the return and issue a refund where applicable.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at postmaster@yangzhoulacquer.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

We will provide detailed instructions on how to send your lacquer or ronghua item back to us. In the event of any dispute, Yangzhou Lacquer & Ronghua Studio reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all return matters.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable.

Processing your refund may take up to 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
